ESRA UZEL DIVISION ESSAY-FIRST DRAFT

                             THE TYPES OF STUDENT
All of us meet with many kinds of student character during our school life. Most of them are remembered by their friends and teachers due to their eccentric personalities. These types of student are a source of entertainment for other students and they give a reason to their friends to come to school changing the monotonous air of school. However, they also may get on the others nerves. Students are divided into many characteristic features, some of them are diligence, profiteering, capability, informing ad tattling.
The first type is the diligent students. They are keen on studying a lot. During the lecture, they work out the problems even while the teacher is writing them. This situation makes other students angry because they do not learn anything from the lecture. The diligent students generally use glasses due to the fact that they study a lot and give harm to their eyes. They are known as clever ,but there are types of them that they use the technique of memorizing perfectly.
The second type is the profiteer students. They are known as both lazy and lucky. The students of this type are not interested in school, lecture, homework. Nevertheless, they know the timetable of exams. The most important thing is to pass the exams for them. Until the day of exams, they do not anything, but they either search the notes of lectures or search someone who will lecture for themselves one day before the exam or  on the day of the exam. The most infuriating thing for other students is their getting high grades.
The third type is the skillful students. The students of this type are capable of most things. They have a part of every student’ characteristic features in their personalities. They are successful at both lectures and social activities so, they are respcted by not only students but also teachers. Thanks to their respectful personality, they are selected for either presidency of the school or captaincy of the school’s team.
The fourth type is the fink, informer, students. They are the most common student type. There is a student like that almost in every class. Their profession is to spread the secrets of class to teachers or principal. They think that they are loved by their teachers for giving the secrets of a class. As a result of their behavior, they are the most lonely student type.
The last type is the tattler students. They are the most remembered type by teachers and other students. They want to comment on any topic whether they have enough information about it or not. They abuse their self-confidence. In most time, they talk irrelevantly to boil the lecture. Sometimes they behave as if they did not understand anything from the lecture because they want to catch other’s attention. However, they are the source of rescuing from boring lessons for other students.

To sum up, there are many student types that they add vitality to the schools as well as sometimes become irritating. They are not forgotten because of their different personalities by anybody. To me, there should be students like these to make school bearable and to get taste from it.

                         The Leader and the Boss
Contrary to the popular belief widely known, the leader and the boss are quite different two notions of each other that they are used wrongly and interchangeably. However, there is a fine line between them that we can compare these two notions from different angles. So we can correct a misassumption that being known by people.
Firstly, we may consider the concept of leader. We  must think about the concepts of pioneer, innovation and  variation when we mention about the leadership. We  can expand these notions with examples. The leader is an entrepreneur for his followers. If there is a duty, which has to be done, it is accompanied by the leadership of the leader. The leader transports his followers to a new and helpful field instead of managing an area where he is. The leader activates any  job by doing a right work. “We” is a prior concept of the leader. He persuades his  followers by showing the advantages of work to be done instead of giving orders blindly. He is respectful towards people and he advises people to be helpful. He is the one who generates innovations using at his mind. He works like an ant because he knows that success does not come by chance and he instill this method into his followers.
Secondly, we may consider the concept of a boss. We must think about the concepts of authority, propulsion and rule when we mention about the management. The boss is the one who gives orders for any duty instead of being an entrepreneur for this duty. He manages an area where he is and he aims to do the tasks which are given from the top authorities directly. Unlike the leader, the boss uses the concept of “I” frequently. He commands his personnel to do any work without taking into account the disadvantages of work. Rather than take a different or new steps for any duty, he remains within the framework of rules. He does not use at his mind outside of authority. He waits for the arrival of success from his personnel.

To sum up, the leader and boss are two notions that are separated by a fine line from each other. While the leader leads for followers, the boss commands only. The leader searches for the right, the boss does not search anything apart from authority, whereas. The leader takes basic in the notion of “we” whereas the boss takes basic in the notion of “I”. The leader says “let us go” while the boss says “go”. My advice is that people should forget about the ego and they should regard other’s opinion. So, many complex situations can be solved easily in short time. I mean that try to be a leader not a boss.

                                            Married and Single Life
“Celibacy is a sultanate” is a only saying that both married and single people support. This saying explains that married life and single life are different from each other. There are many points to deal with differences of married and single life, but we can compare them in terms of free time, money, companionship.
Single people and married people’ life are different in point of free time. Single people spend their time surfing on the net, watching TV in company with core and popcorn with together family members or wandering without reasons with their  friends and so on. Unlike single people, married people spend their free time which is a little due to working by resting at their home, looking after their children or visiting their relatives. Unfortunately, single people don’t know the value of free time until they get married.
Another distinguishing point for the married and single’ life is money matter. People who are single get allowance or earn their own salary, so they only spend it for their needs. Maybe it will be true to say that they make the money fly as quickly as possible. This situation is versa in married life. The bad side of the situation is that the money flies from their hands without noticing for house and children’s needs or debt. They crave the money which they spend in single life, but it is futile. To summarize, the money which people can’t find anything to spend in single life is exactly the same thing which they can’t find to spend in married life.
The last distinguishing point for the married and single’ life is companionship. People live only for themselves in single life. They generally don’t know the importance of being family and meaning of companionship until they get married. On the other hand, married people live for each other, their children and family peace. Marriage teaches people companionship. Married people understand their problems and solve them with maturity coming from marriage. Unlike single life, married people cope with any difficulty without thinking self-interest. They do it only for family peace.
For all you see, there are many points that revealing the legitimacy of the saying “celibacy is a sultanate”. However, these points can’t cover up many good sides of married life. To know both of them is necessary to experience them.
